MetWallet Shows “Transfer Failed” and Won’t Let Me Withdraw My Money

I am unable to withdraw the money available in my MetWallet account. Whenever I attempt to transfer the funds to myself, the system displays a “Transfer Failed” error message and the transaction cannot be completed.

I have tried multiple times, but the same error continues to appear during the transfer process. As a result, I cannot access the funds that are currently available in my account. Since this issue directly affects my ability to use my own money, I would appreciate assistance as soon as possible.

I would like to thank the support team in advance for their efforts and hope this issue can be resolved quickly. I have not been provided with any clear explanation regarding the cause of the error, so I would appreciate a detailed review of my account and transfer request.

I request that MetWallet investigate the reason for the “Transfer Failed” message, restore normal withdrawal functionality, and allow me to transfer my funds successfully.
