MetWallet Won’t Let Me Withdraw My $40 Balance After Multiple Attempts

I currently have $40 in my MetWallet account and want to withdraw my funds. However, MetWallet is not processing my withdrawal request. When I first attempted the withdrawal, there did not appear to be any issue or error with the transaction.

Later, when I logged back into my account, I noticed that the funds had not been transferred to my bank account or payment destination. Instead, the money was still sitting in my MetWallet balance, and the withdrawal had not been completed.

I have been trying to withdraw my money for the past two days without success. This situation is extremely frustrating because these are my own funds, yet I am unable to access them. I have not received a clear explanation regarding why the withdrawal is not being processed or what is causing the delay.

I request that MetWallet investigate this issue immediately, complete my withdrawal without further delay, and provide a clear explanation regarding why my funds have remained in my account instead of being transferred. Keeping users from accessing their available balances without explanation is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
