My Samsung QA55Q70A TV Broke Down And Repair Costs ₺12500 Just After Warranty
We purchased a Samsung QA55Q70A television on 23.11.2021. Seven months after the warranty period ended, the TV completely stopped working. We delivered it to the Samsung service center 15 days ago, and today we received a response. They informed us that the repair cost is ₺12,500 due to a panel defect. We chose Samsung because we trusted in the quality of the brand, but it's unacceptable for television to break down in such a short time and for the repair cost to be so high (₺12,500). Additionally, it took the service center 15 days to get back to us, and during this time, we were left without a TV at home, which caused us significant inconvenience. Upon reviewing other complaints, we discovered that the panel issue in your QLED TVs is due to a manufacturing defect. Do you think it's reasonable to charge us ₺12,500 under these circumstances? We request that Samsung address our grievance and assist us in resolving this issue.
You are asking for my number, but I already have a complaint with customer service. They said it would be resolved within 24 hours. We have been waiting since Saturday, 31.08.2024 at 13:45. 48 hours are almost up, and there is no result.
