MetWallet Withdrawal Button Does Not Work and My Money Is Stuck

I am unable to withdraw my money from MetWallet. I have never experienced any issues with withdrawals before, but today I started having problems for the first time. I do not understand what is causing the issue or why my transactions are no longer going through.

Whenever I click the "Send" button to complete the withdrawal, nothing happens. The transaction does not process, and my funds remain in my account. I have been trying since this morning, but the problem continues without any explanation or error message that would help me understand what is wrong.

I also noticed that recent updates to the platform have not improved the situation. In fact, the previous version felt much easier to use. The update appears to have made the process more difficult, and it has not resolved the withdrawal issue I am experiencing.

I request that MetWallet investigate this problem immediately, explain why withdrawals are no longer working, and provide a solution so I can access my funds.
