MetWallet Has Kept My Withdrawal Request Suspended for Three Days
For the past three days, my withdrawal request to my bank account has been showing a "Suspended" status in MetWallet, and I have been unable to access my funds. I do not understand the reason for this restriction, as no clear explanation has been provided.
I have already completed all required verification steps, including identity verification, email verification, and phone verification. The bank account linked to the withdrawal request is also registered in my own name. Despite meeting all of these requirements, my withdrawal remains suspended without any indication of what additional issue may be preventing the transfer.
Because my funds are currently inaccessible, this situation is causing significant frustration and concern. I have carefully reviewed my account information and cannot identify any missing documents or verification requirements that would justify the continued suspension.
I request that MetWallet investigate the reason my withdrawal has been placed on hold, provide a clear explanation for the suspension, and release my funds to my bank account as soon as possible. If any additional action is required on my part, I ask that I be informed immediately so the issue can be resolved without further delay.
