Samsung Air Conditioner Inefficient Cooling


My brand new Samsung air conditioner has turned into a complete nightmare. It took a whopping ten days to install, and I had to beg them numerous times via phone calls and recordings. It started having cooling problems just one day after installation. After 12 days, despite numerous emails and phone calls to Samsung support, they finally sent Maxa Electronics to fix it. The technician claimed that it was an installation mistake and refilled the gas. We inquired if the issue had been resolved, and they assured us that it had. However, the air conditioner continues to fail to cool properly, rendering it ineffective. To make matters worse, reaching the authorized service center is nearly impossible because their phones are always turned off. Samsung has completely disappointed us.
