Samsung White Goods Inadequate Service
About a week ago, my Samsung Ecodrive washing machine started tripping the circuit breaker. I tried plugging it into different outlets, but the issue persists—it only trips the breaker when the machine is running, especially during the water intake phase. None of my other electrical appliances have this problem; it’s only the washing machine. I contacted Samsung customer service last Friday to request service. The technician who came on Saturday said there were no spare parts available and left without offering any solution. I was given no information about when the part would be supplied. Since then, I’ve been calling Samsung customer service every day, but all I hear is “we’ve noted it”—no one calls, no one comes. It’s been five days, and I haven’t been able to do any laundry, so I’ve been relying on dry cleaning, which has already cost me ₺960. Although my machine’s motor is still under warranty, they said the issue isn’t with the motor. I purchased the product from an authorized Samsung dealer. My service form number is 456789, and my request number is 4287652893. I expect Samsung to urgently provide the necessary spare part and repair my machine. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible and my inconvenience to be addressed. If they’re unable to fix the problem, I want them to say so clearly so others can know how Samsung handles situations like this.

A person from the Samsung Samsun service said the motherboard was burned without disassembling any part of the device and gave a price of 9800 lira. Today, I explained the situation to a local tradesman, and he said, 'Brother, the resistor must have blown.' He came, measured, fixed it, and left for 2500 TL. This means the Samsung service is stealing parts and falsely claiming to replace parts. The so-called motherboard issue was actually the heater. No one should buy Samsung or let anyone else buy it.
