Samsung's Lack of Response Despite Consumer Arbitration Decision

Despite the Consumer Arbitration Committee's decision, Samsung has not responded to my issue. I bought a Samsung WW11BB944DGBAH washing machine. During installation, the service technician ran the machine with its accessories inside, causing significant scratches to the drum. Despite my numerous complaints, Samsung refused to replace the product. I took my case to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which ruled in my favor, ordering an exchange. Since Monday, I’ve made 4-5 calls, but I still haven't received any information about the process. I will continue to seek justice and share my story until the issue is resolved. I urgently expect Samsung to address my problem.
