Samsung UE 50tu8000 Screen Display Won't Work Well

We snagged a Samsung UE 50tu8000 TV on March 24, 2021, when we bought it was just operating perfectly, like, on July 26, 2023, it just started freaking out, and then bam, the music and display stopped working. While doind a recon, we were checking out some complaints that were pretty much the same as ours, and it seems like a bunch of other customers are dealing with the same issues right after their warranty runs out – just like us. Now based on all these, I'm demanding that this issue gets resolved ASAP, as it is an obvious lack on their side. It sucks that I bought a TV and it broke right after the warranty ended. We're expecting Samsung to respond fast to the issue and find a solution as soon as they can.

I was contacted, but it was not solution-oriented. Your representative who called me directed me to the technical service. The technical service, however, informed me that they did not have the solution. If my problem is not resolved within 2 days, I will leave the product at the entrance of the store where I purchased it and attach a short note explaining the process to the product.
