It was a struggle for me to get permission from my workplace for this. I called 444 77 11 on October 24, 2023, to let them know that I still haven't heard from them about the service. They told me the estimated date is October 25, 2023, but it's still just an estimate. I need to ask my workplace again if I can have the 25th off, and I really regret buying a Samsung washing machine.
