Samsung Turkey Fails to Provide Service

I really need to get my washing machine fixed because there's a problem with the rubber on the door. I reported it on October 24, 2023, between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. It's still under warranty. It was a struggle for me to get permission from my workplace for this. I called 444 77 11 on October 24, 2023, to let them know that I still haven't heard from them about the service. They told me the estimated date is October 25, 2023, but it's still just an estimate. I need to ask my workplace again if I can have the 25th off, and I really regret buying a Samsung washing machine. I don't see a solution anywhere, and there's no info on when they'll actually arrive. I need information about the service right away. Best regards
