Samsung Washing Machine Customer Service Failure!! No Response After 11 Days for Repair
On June 21, 2024, I applied to the Samsung Türkiye Customer Services line due to a control card malfunction. I called the phone number of the authorized service specified in the SMS sent to my phone and wanted to find out the date when they would come for the service. I told them that if they could not come soon, I would buy a new washing machine. They said they would repair it within the same week. However, even though 11 days have passed, no one has come or provided any information. I was in a very difficult situation. I'm like a prisoner at home, waiting for the service to arrive.
