I purchased a Samsung 12000 BTU air conditioner. During the sale, it was clearly stated that installation and setup would be free of charge. However, when the installation team arrived, they said the price only included 5 meters of copper piping. We had not been informed of this limitation. They demanded a total of ₺6,600 (₺5,500 + VAT) for just one additional meter of copper pipe. When I refused to pay, they then asked for a ₺1,500 service fee. If the installation is not completed free of charge as promised, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take all necessary legal action.
