Samsung Delivered the Wrong Pipe Set With My 18 BTU AC and Refused to Fix It
I bought an 18 BTU Samsung air conditioner, but the indoor and outdoor unit connection kit delivered from the store came... in a box meant for a 24 BTU unit. Because of this, the installation was not done, and they are refusing to exchange it. The service team is asking me to pay for the correct pipe s
