Samsung Refrigerator I Bought Is Leaking Water and Service Won't Fix the Issue



I bought the product from Samsung at Marmara Forum four years ago. About a month ago, the product started frosting up, as you might expect. I unplugged it, cleaned it, and let it sit for two days, hoping it would fix itself, but after that, the product started leaking water, creating steam, and sweating. I called for service, and when the technician came, they confirmed there was a problem with the product and mentioned that this series had a defect. Unfortunately, when I asked for this in writing, they refused to provide it. Now, Samsung is calling me, telling me to create another service request. I did, but everything inside the fridge is going to waste because of the product. It's leaking water, and the service is just brushing me off. I will exercise all my legal rights to have this issue resolved.
