Samsung Appliance Purchase Delay - 102 Days and Counting
I'd like to share my frustrating experience with Media Markt's Samsung department in Antalya, where I took advantage of the TV gift campaign on December 28, 2023, when I bought three appliances. The Samsung agent informed me that the merchandise would arrive within 45 days. My wedding was approaching, so time was of the essence. Fast forward to wedding week, and it's been 102 days since my purchase. When I called customer service, they informed me that the product had been approved and would be dispatched; nevertheless, a month passed with no trace of the TV or shipment notification. Samsung and Media Markt have not only let me down but also embarrassed me in front of my girlfriend and her family. Because Media Markt enabled the sale in their store, they are responsible for resolving the issue.

They definitely do not offer a solution and keep postponing the date further. I am addressing friends who are about to get married here. You should definitely not trust this brand and seller to buy products. Do not believe the 45 days they promise. You will end up embarrassed like me.
Update. They told me over the phone that it would be delivered within 10 days. It has been 15, maybe 20 days since the 10 days have passed. Now they are saying, yes we know it was supposed to be 10 days, we will hurry. They are literally mocking. You should not trust and choose Samsung Turkey's promotions. I made this mistake, don't you make it.
