I am the owner of a Samsung S22 device and I am experiencing several issues with it. The camera quality is poor and the photos I take are blurry. The battery life is also very short; the phone becomes unusable when the battery level drops to 15% and it shuts down automatically within 5-10 minutes during intensive use. Additionally, the speaker and microphone are dusty, causing a decrease in sound quality and the microphone sometimes misunderstands what I say. I am very dissatisfied with these issues as they prevent me from using my device as expected. These problems were not present when I first purchased the phone, and I am surprised to experience such a significant performance degradation in such a short period of time. Considering that the device is still under warranty, I would like to request that these issues be resolved by the authorized service center.

The camera performance of my Samsung S22 device is poor, and the photos I take come out blurry. The battery life is also quite short, and when it reaches 15%, the device becomes unusable and shuts down on its own within 5-10 minutes during heavy use. Additionally, due to dust accumulation in the speaker and microphone areas, the sound quality has deteriorated, and the microphone does not understand me correctly. Because of these issues, the device does not meet my expectations, and I was experiencing great dissatisfaction due to this negative experience. Subsequently, I sent my phone for warranty service for these reasons, but they only fixed the sound issue and did not address the other problems despite my mentioning them. Can you help with these matters now?
