My Samsung S22 Overheats Charges Slowly and Constantly Freezes

My Samsung S22 phone has started experiencing serious issues even before completing its second year. The phone has been overheating for a while, the fast charging feature seems to have disappeared, and the charging time has become extremely long. Additionally, the device frequently freezes. Despite regularly turning off the phone, using the original cable, checking for software updates, and keeping the battery protection feature enabled, none of these actions have prevented that. When I contacted Samsung customer service, instead of receiving support, I felt that my issue was exacerbated. The customer service team seems unaware of consumer rights or acts indifferently, showing no solution-oriented approach. They have unfortunately turned me away from a brand I have used throughout my life.
