Samsung Robot Vacuums Continuous Issues, No Support, Total Regret
Unfortunately, all three of the Samsung robot vacuums I just bought keep having the same problems. Because of these issues, I sent back one through e-commerce and sent the other two to the service center. I have had a very bad experience with Samsung's customer service. The main problem is the PowerBot-S app which doesn't work right. Customer service at Samsung called me and said it was an error with the app and they couldn't take back the phone. The robots, on the other hand, don't clean well, which defeats the whole point of them. I have no choice but to ask for all three units to be returned. It's disappointing to see a well-known company like Samsung making bad products and offering little help. It's made me very unhappy, and I wish I hadn't bought Samsung robot vacuums in the first place. It's a lesson for people who are thinking about making similar purchases.
