Samsung Turkey Sent a Defective Product and Won't Replace It

I purchased a robotic vacuum cleaner from Samsung, which turned out to be defective. The product was sent for repair twice but returned both times without being properly repaired. After that, a replacement was provided, but the process took a long time, during which we were unable to use the vacuum cleaner. When the replacement product arrived, we tested it and found that it was also defective. Upon contacting Samsung support, I was informed that they would not replace the product. Despite the fact that the item delivered to me is faulty, they have refused to provide a replacement or offer a refund for the defective product.
