My Samsung VR5000 Broke in Under a Month and I Still Haven’t Received a Refund

36

I bought the Samsung VR5000 robot vacuum thinking I was investing in a reliable, high-quality brand. Unfortunately, the vacuum broke down in less than a month. We sent it to the service center, and they agreed the product was defective. They even submitted a replacement request on our behalf.

Soon after, we were contacted by Samsung headquarters and told the product was out of stock, so they could only offer a refund. However, we refused the refund and requested a replacement with an equivalent or better model instead. Naturally, they declined.

Now, three months have passed, and we still haven’t received the refund either. Samsung has shown zero accountability and offered no proper resolution. I truly regret trusting the brand—at this point, they’re no different from a generic no-name company.
