Ms. Pelin, you were going to get back to me, but I'm still waiting to hear from you.

My Samsung TV has been acting strangely, turning on and off on its own with no display on the screen. When I contacted the service, they mentioned a fee because the warranty had expired in June, quoting a repair cost of around 11,000 TL. While researching the UE50TU8000UXTK model, I discovered that this problem appears to be ongoing, affecting a large number of customers, some of whom are covered by warranty and others who are not. In this regard, I intend to contact Consumer Rights. It's a letdown, especially for a brand like Samsung. I'll update this platform if a solution is found. I'm requesting free repair for this television, which appears to have a manufacturing flaw.

Nothing was done to help or troubleshoot. I see that the same brand and model, coincidentally, breaks down within the year after the warranty expires, which shows that the company does not stand behind its product. I used to specifically prefer Samsung, but now I specifically avoid the brand. My problem was not resolved.

Our Samsung television, which experienced a panel malfunction, was handled by the Samsung solution team, starting with Ms. Pelin and continuing with Ms. Fadime. They did their best to resolve the issue. Throughout this process, they continuously called to provide information and assistance, showing great care and ultimately solving the problem. I would like to thank the Samsung solution team and Ms. Pelin and Ms. Fadime for their help. They upheld the reputation of the Samsung brand. Our confidence in the brand has been restored.
