Samsung TU8000UXTK TV Has No Sound or Picture After Warranty Repair

My Samsung TU8000UXTK model TV turns on, but there’s no picture or sound at all. This issue had already occurred while the device was under warranty, and at the time, the service team took it for repair, as they said they couldn’t fix it at home. They repaired it and returned it, but now the same problems have started again. The warranty has since expired, and currently, the TV turns on with no sound or picture. The service team is now asking for a significant amount for the repair, which is unacceptable as this is a product defect. A global brand like Samsung should not let its customers suffer due to a defect caused by the product itself. I request that this issue be resolved and the repair carried out at no charge; otherwise, I will be forced to take this matter to the Consumer Court. It’s frustrating to experience such problems right after the warranty expired, especially with a product we trusted and paid extra for due to its brand value and supposed quality. As a consumer, this makes me feel that something isn’t right.

Samsung customer service called me to inform that they would not be able to assist me in any way and would direct me to a paid service. Prices start from 15,000, and they themselves admit that it is a defective product. It is unacceptable for a global brand to treat its customers in such a way. I will try to communicate this grievance to everyone around me and through social media. I will also file a complaint with Consumer Rights, as there are already a million fault reports related to this product. Consider your economic situation when making a choice; the Samsung product we bought thinking it was of high quality turned out to be defective. The decision is yours.

First of all, I would like to thank the Samsung team for their attention, especially Mr. Emre from the General Directorate who called us and tried to solve our problem. The reason I choose Samsung is the value they give to their customers. I thank Mr. Emre once again for solving our problem.
