Samsung Fridge Repair Failure, No Cooling
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my Samsung refrigerator in Turkey. My fridge stopped working last week and was no longer cooling. I immediately contacted Samsung, but it took three days for a technician to come. When they arrived, they were unsure of the issue and said they needed to order a part (the board). They also mentioned that it will take 3 days for the board to arrive, and still after 5 days it hasn’t arrived. They also said if the board does not fix the problem, then the motor might need to be replaced. It has now been over a week, and I still do not have a functioning refrigerator at home, and during this entire time, Samsung has not offered any practical solution or alternative support. For a global company of Samsung’s size, I expected faster, clearer, and more reliable service. Unfortunately, this experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. As of now, the problem is still not fixed and I am still without a fridge.
