There appears to be no customer service or authorized service center in Turkey that can repair Samsung refrigerators. I'm left wondering if any other brand in the world would treat their products in this manner. They even took my 5,000 TL without offering a solution or a working refrigerator. This is an utterly disheartening situation, and I implore them to address it immediately or refund the repair fee.
