No Customer Service or Authorized Repair in Turkey for Samsung Fridge
There appears to be no customer service or authorized service center in Turkey that can repair Samsung refrigerators. I'm left wondering if any other brand in the world would treat their products in this manner. My Samsung fridge broke down seven years ago, and Samsung has been unable to resolve the problem for three months, with no one showing any interest. They even took my 5,000 TL without offering a solution or a working refrigerator. This is an utterly disheartening situation, and I implore them to address it immediately or refund the repair fee. It's disappointing to see such a blatant lack of customer service and accountability from a well-known brand like Samsung. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others in Turkey dealing with similar issues.
