As a Samsung customer, I want to highlight an issue I encountered that might also affect you. I'm having an issue with my Samsung fridge. Even though the fridge is still under warranty and has been fixed for the same problem four times, I was informed that the fifth repair wouldn't be covered and they wanted to charge me a fee. I'm really confused about why the service team, after fixing the same issue four times, suddenly chose to charge for the fifth repair and didn't even suggest a replacement. It's very frustrating, especially considering the ongoing problems. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about Samsung products—be careful!

Hello friends, Samsung has fallen into such a bad situation that everyone should lend a hand to help. Today, the so-called solution team, supposedly, but they say the paint issue is under warranty, yet they left it out of warranty because of minor scratches and dents. What nonsense is this? Is Samsung trying to say don't send the kids to the kitchen, use the fridge by hiding it? The fridge is bought to be used, it shouldn't be left out of warranty because of a few small dents. Samsung, which doesn't accept its mistake, is now trying to come up with excuses to leave it out of warranty. It's clear in the photos, it's your decision, friends. Know this before buying Samsung, you would definitely be throwing your money away. If you bought second-hand, a dealer would help you more than these guys.
