Samsung Failed to Replace or Refund My RF85 Refrigerator After 82 Days of Waiting

The compressor of my RF85 model refrigerator, which I purchased from Samsung 6 years ago, broke down. The service team came three times and informed me that they would replace the refrigerator. They said the replacement would be with the RF71 model and took an upfront payment of ₺51,500 from me. However, despite being told that both models were out of stock and waiting until February 10, 2025, they neither refunded my money nor replaced the refrigerator. For 82 days, no action has been taken, and even my payment has not been returned. Experiencing such poor service from a brand like Samsung has been truly disheartening, and I have completely lost trust in the company.

I have probably spoken with the solution center 25 times. The solution center cannot solve anything. Probably your entire team has memorized me. Find an authority that will solve my problem, someone more competent.
