I purchased the Samsung DV90BB5245AEAH 01 model dryer from Media Markt's online store on January 18, 2024. I've been noticing minor wear and tear on my clothes since day one, but last night, a cotton garment in the cotton cycle suffered significant damage. I regularly maintain the machine and clean its filters. I'm using the product under warranty, and my invoice number is SM02024000026078. I haven't contacted Samsung customer service or an authorized service center yet. I'm requesting free service to resolve the issue. I appreciate your assistance.

Don’t worry, they contacted me, they said okay, we’ll come, but only if you pay 1000 TL, even though I have a warranty. Yes, Samsung has after-sales support, but they don’t provide any free service, even under warranty. I’m reporting this here: the machine literally tore up my laundry, but even though there’s a service warranty, they said on the phone that they’d come only if I pay 1000 TL.

I shared the invoice number, you can access it from there. When they want to reach you, they call in every way, for example: Dear consumer, your request with the number 4290425782 has been concluded.
