Samsung Dryer Dv90bb9445ghah Works Noisy, It's Damaged
On November 22, 2023, I purchased a Samsung dryer (model: dv90bb9445ghah) from the Gordion Shopping Mall Samsung dealer. Unfortunately, the appliance arrived damaged and made a lot of noise while running. I immediately contacted the Samsung authorized service to resolve the problem. A technician came to my house and said the noise was normal. They photographed the damage and then left, but there has been no follow-up since. We feel burdened because we paid a higher price than comparable products on the market. I have yet to receive a resolution, which has caused significant inconvenience. I respectfully request assistance, pls replace it.

We spoke with Samsung. They said they couldn't do an exchange, but they could do a repair, although it might be at a cost. It's under evaluation :) Truly shameful. They might both repair my newly purchased device and charge me for it. Don't rely on the Samsung brand for business. It's a company that doesn't stand behind its product. There are brands with better service at more reasonable prices. This will be the last product I buy from Samsung.
