About five months ago, I purchased a Samsung WW11BBA046AEAH washing machine from Özbaşlar Dayanıklı Tüketici Malları Ticaret Limited Şirketi. The machine is still under warranty, and I have all the necessary documents. From the very first use, however, I noticed a serious problem: after every wash, my clothes come out with tears and holes, causing permanent damage to my garments.
I tried several solutions on my own. I ran the machine empty, cleaned the filters, changed detergents, and tested different washing programs. Unfortunately, none of these attempts solved the issue. I then contacted Samsung customer service, and a service technician inspected the machine. The technician admitted that this model has a known chronic defect and offered to perform a part replacement.
Since my washing machine was only one month old at the time, I refused a part replacement and instead requested a full return or exchange. Customer service initially said they would handle the process, but I was left waiting for about a month without resolution. Later, I was told that the issue was due to the “poor quality of my clothes’ fabrics” rather than the machine itself, which I find unacceptable.
I firmly believe this is a defective product. I paid ₺27,000 in cash and expect either a full refund or a replacement with a properly functioning unit. Samsung should take responsibility for selling a faulty product and for the damages it has caused to my clothing.

I request urgent resolution of this issue and expect Samsung to uphold its warranty and consumer obligations without further delay.
