Samsung Delivered a Damaged Washing Machine and Delayed Exchange Approval

On November 29, 2024, I purchased a washing machine from the Samsung store at Marmara Forum. The product arrived damaged on December 2, 2024. The authorized service team took pictures of the damage, prepared a report, and instructed me not to use the machine. The product is still installed at home, but I have been informed that the exchange is still pending approval. As a consumer, this situation is very concerning for me. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue and expect to be contacted regarding the matter. I anticipated a brand like Samsung would handle such problems quickly and reliably.
