Faulty Samsung DV90BB5245AEAH Washer-dryer Installation Issue
I purchased the Samsung DV90BB5245AEAH washer-dryer combo only 15 days ago and had it installed the following day. The service team initially assured me that everything was fine and then left. The next day, however, I heard an unusual noise coming from the machine. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the door wasn't closing properly, which was causing the noise. It was difficult to get the service team to return. I requested service on Friday, and they said the team would arrive on Tuesday. When they arrived, they dismissed the noise as normal and walked away without resolving the problem. Even after multiple attempts to contact the service center, there is still no response. This is highly annoying and unacceptable. Samsung must step up and address its faulty installation and lack of customer service as soon as possible.

No progress has been made. The product's invoice and the sound it makes. The company SAW this in the authorized service, but there is no result. I posted this video and sent it to them.
