Samsung Charged Me for a Screen Issue on My Galaxy Fold Despite Warranty

I use Samsung Galaxy Fold phones. However, the internal screen of the device was scratched due to a problem. When I sent it to warranty, I was charged a fee. It’s frustrating that a premium device like this comes with such poor after-sales support. I think device-related malfunctions are no longer covered by warranty. I couldn't get a solution when I contacted Samsung. It was frankly upsetting to receive this response from a company whose every device I use, a company that I speak highly of. In short, it is upsetting that a problem that even the warranty company says is problematic for the device is not covered by warranty.
