I am writing to you as a customer residing in Aksaray /Turkey, who purchased a Samsung TV from your [Vatan Bilgisayar Aksaray Store] on [14.12.2023]. I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the non-delivery of an additional item that was supposed to be included in my purchase. Despite the contractual agreement made by your sales representative, assuring the delivery of this item along with the TV, I regret to inform you that this commitment has not been fulfilled. This situation has caused significant inconvenience for me, and despite my understanding of the importance you place on customer satisfaction, I find myself disappointed in not being able to resolve this matter. As a reasonable request and in the interest of maintaining customer satisfaction, I kindly request the prompt procurement and dispatch of the promised item to my address. Failing this, please be aware that I am prepared to take any necessary legal steps to uphold my consumer rights. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution.
