About three months ago, I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Teknosa online. The product was delivered to me without any issues, and I started using it a month later. During the first use, black stains appeared on the front panel of the dishwasher. I tried wiping them off with a damp cloth but realized they wouldn’t come off. It was evident that the issue originated from the machine because there were no stains before it was operated. To test it, I ran the machine again, and the stains reappeared. Additionally, steam was leaking from the side of the front digital screen. I contacted Samsung and requested a service. The technicians who came said that the issue might be due to a factory error during the painting process. They suggested replacing the front panel and told me to contact them again if the issue recurred, in which case they would send the product to the factory. A new panel was installed, and I ran the machine again. However, when the cycle ended, the stains reappeared on the panel. I called the service again, and the technicians who arrived said they couldn’t determine the cause and would initiate an investigation. A long time passed, and no one got back to me. I called the service again, and they told me that it might be due to chemical exposure on the product, implying that it was my fault. They suggested replacing the panel again but at my expense. I contacted Samsung and explained that this was impossible because I had not used any chemicals. Moreover, anyone looking at the machine could easily see that the stains were not caused by chemicals. The steam coming out from the panel’s edges cannot be attributed to chemicals either. It is clear that the product is defective, but both the service and Samsung refuse to acknowledge it and are trying to blame me instead. All my other appliances are also Samsung brand, but I deeply regret this purchase. I demand an immediate response to this issue. I will pursue all legal actions necessary to prove my case.

No positive response was given in any way, and they tried to blame the product's defect on me, even though I repeatedly asked them to come and take a look. For this reason, I am resorting to legal and judicial means and will initiate a lawsuit.
