My Samsung Dishwasher Doesn’t Clean Properly Despite Service Visits

We purchased a Samsung dishwasher, but it has never cleaned dishes properly. Service technicians have visited multiple times, each time blaming the issue on the detergent or rinse aid. We’ve tried every detergent and rinse aid they recommended, yet the problem persists. During their last visit, we even showed them all the products we’ve used, including their own recommendations, but nothing has improved.

This ongoing issue is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a brand like Samsung. We need a proper resolution, not just repetitive excuses from service staff. Samsung, please address this problem immediately and either repair or replace the dishwasher so we can use it as intended. This matter requires urgent attention!
