Samsung Dishwasher Water Heating Issue, Rust Appeared

Our Samsung dishwasher developed a heating problem after the warranty period had expired. We called for help, and rust was discovered inside and on the racks during the maintenance. Upon arrival, the service technician verified the situation, even checking our home's electrical system in relation to this problem. He found no problems with us and concluded that the issue was with the machine itself. However, it was classified as a customer error in the information processing center. This was the response we got. We submitted yet another service request. They claimed to have resolved the heating issue, and we paid for the service, but the problem remained. Furthermore, when we ran the machine, we noticed a burning wire odor. The machine is no longer operational. We notified Samsung customer service about these issues. Despite signs of corrosion discovered during an inspection of a three-year-old machine, they classified it as a customer error after more than two months of investigation. I asked for written documentation of the findings, which they did not provide.
