Samsung AC and TV Installation Nightmare!



Don't even think about buying from them! I recently purchased a Samsung air conditioner and TV, and the installation was a complete disaster. They mounted the TV on the wall, but it's now leaning to the right. As for the air conditioner motor, it's also wall-mounted and tilted forward with just a hint of wind. Their lame excuse? "We warned you it might not work. Well, surprise, surprise! If you use a 5 cm screw on a 25 cm wall, this is what happens!" Samsung, this service is simply unacceptable!
