Samsung Installation Team Refused Basic Steps for My AC

I have decided against making any future purchases from Samsung. The installation of my air conditioner was quite challenging. The installation team showed a lack of willingness to perform even the most basic tasks, such as tightening a connector or cutting a pipe. They kept insisting that it wasn't possible, putting me in a really tough spot. The steps were essential for completing the installation correctly, but they declined to accept any responsibility. The process took longer than expected, my plans were thrown off, and my home ended up in chaos. I was surprised to encounter this kind of attitude, particularly from a brand such as Samsung. This experience has really shaken my confidence in the company. I expected a higher level of professionalism and a focus on finding solutions.

I bought a Samsung air conditioner, trusting the Samsung name. Do not, I repeat, do not buy it, stay away from this brand's air conditioners. The people working in their installation service are incompetent; I personally had to explain to them how to do the job, and they still didn't do it, they couldn't do it. If you are considering buying one, I strongly recommend you get an Airfel brand air conditioner instead. Stay away from Samsung.
