Customer Service and Installation Quality Issues with Samsung AC
Even though this was the second time my air conditioner was being installed, Samsung service set up an appointment a wee...k in advance. When they got there, the technician only had a screwdriver and no gas or pipes. They gave a price, but didn't do anything else. It's like I took apart the AC myself!
