Customer Service and Installation Quality Issues with Samsung AC
Even though this was the second time my air conditioner was being installed, Samsung service set up an appointment a week in advance. When they got there, the technician only had a screwdriver and no gas or pipes. They gave a price, but didn't do anything else. It's like I took apart the AC myself! Their actions were not okay. Even though they were told that the AC had to be taken out quickly because of the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş, they only just managed to save it. The way Samsung acts is disappointing. On top of that, the installation cost was a ridiculous 6,000 TL. In bad times, they want to make money off of customers. I'm done with Samsung. I won't buy anything from them ever again. And please teach your service staff how to treat customers the right way.
