Samsung QLED 50Q60A TV Chronic Panel Failure!

Last October, I got myself a Samsung QLED 50Q60A TV. Only 5 months after the warranty expired, on March 17, 2024, while I was chilling and watching TV in the evening, I ran into a screen problem and the TV screen went haywire. I reached out to the authorized service center for Samsung and provided them with a detailed account of the situation. The service guy came over to pick up the TV and found out there was something wrong with the screen. They told me I had to cough up ₺500 for the service call fee. To resolve the issue with the panel, they let me know that I would have to replace it, which comes with a price tag of ₺13,800. Repairing a malfunction that happened right after the warranty expired can cost almost as much as the product itself. During my investigation, I found that numerous other customers encountered a similar problem shortly after the warranty had ended. I don't think I had any impact on the malfunction happening, and I see the panel issue in this product as a recurring problem with the device. Plenty of people who own the same make and model have experienced this and had a tough time. It's just not right for the authorized service to react and demand payment like this is the first time we've had this problem with our product when it's a well-known recurring issue. It's just not right for a big company like Samsung to keep putting this problem on consumers. I need a quick solution to this problem.
