The schedule for bus route 91, which operates in the Kestel area of Bursa, has been displayed incorrectly across websites and mobile apps for a long time. On September 5, 2026, Moovit showed an 8:25 a.m. departure for route 91, so I waited at the bus stop based on that information. However, the bus did not arrive by 9:00 a.m., causing me to miss my bus.
Other passengers at the stop also relied on the same incorrect schedule and experienced serious inconvenience. These inaccurate departure times disrupt people’s plans and cause commuters and students to arrive late for work or school.
I am requesting that the official schedule for route 91 be updated and accurately shared with Moovit and all other websites and mobile apps. All incorrect online schedule information should be corrected immediately to prevent other passengers from experiencing the same problem and to make public transportation information reliable.
