Samsung 24000 BTU Air Conditioner Installation and Electric Wiring Issue
Today is July 20th, and I purchased a Samsung 24000 BTU air conditioner one week ago. For installation, the seller provided a 444 service number. I registered for the service on July 17th, but Samsung has yet to contact me or come out for the installation. When I inquired about it, they said they could install it but that the electrical wiring would be extra. Customer service stated that because I am paying 30,000 TL, they should take care of everything, including the electrical wiring, and ensure that the unit is fully installed and operational. I agree that it is their responsibility to complete the installation, but I'm not sure why I'm being asked to arrange the electrical wiring myself. If I have to do it, I might as well install the air conditioner myself and charge the refrigerant gas. I'm highly unhappy with Samsung's service in these two areas, and I'm considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Association.
