Quality Issues with Samsung Q95T QLED TV





On my Samsung Q95T television, there was a separation issue between the panel and the screen. The service team arrived promptly and replaced both the screen and the casing, except for the mainboard, which was delivered quickly. I appreciate their prompt response. However, when I looked at the TV in the evening, I noticed a haziness on the screen. The service came twice, but because I was not present on the first visit, they confirmed the problem on the second. They blamed the problem on QLED TVs, which surprised me because I've been using a Samsung QLED TV with 4K, 120Hz, and HDR without issue for nearly two years. They even claimed that LED and OLED televisions are superior. In their report, the service personnel noted the problem as normal and closed my case. Fortunately, Samsung's Ms. Sevgi contacted me and requested screen shots. I sent them the images I took with my phone, but their engineers were unable to find any faults. Please send those two engineers to my house with the same TV model for a comparison. If the same problem occurs on the TV they bring, I may accept their replacement. The TV costs between 50,000 and 60,000, and I am waiting for their response.

I want to give a shout-out to the Hong Kong authorities. Samsun Turkey is tarnishing your products' reputation. There's a noticeable clouding issue even after the screen was replaced. They've improperly installed the screen with a tilt. The Başakşehir referee committee has officially documented this situation. This behavior is a disgrace to Samsung's brand. I've attached the response from the consumer arbitration committee as evidence. If you need a non-receipt document for the Samsung QLED, it's included. Samsung completely ignored the arbitration tribunal's request and failed to respond. Fortunately, the arbitration tribunal fulfilled their role with integrity. Sadly, Samsung has shown a lack of respect. Your efforts, Hong Kong authorities, are more commendable.
