Since I couldn't get a resolution from my discussions with the Samsung Solution Center, I had to bring the issue to this platform. First, I would like to explain the process. I purchased a Samsung 65S90C OLED TV from a well-known electronics store. The team that came for the installation noticed a bend in the bottom right corner of the TV and reported it. They told me the TV would be replaced, and that I could continue using it until the new one arrived. I used this TV for about 10 days without any issues. Then, the replacement took place. After the replacement, I clearly observed image distortion in the new TV, particularly in scenes with movement and color transitions. The distortion doesn't happen momentarily; it repeatedly occurs in the same scenes. The purchase I made to enjoy high-quality content has turned into a nightmare. I shared the situation with Samsung, and they took some evidence videos. After reviewing them, the response was: "The problem is content-related." I repeatedly shared the following points with various representatives: There was no such issue with the same content on the previous TV. The problem doesn't occur randomly. If you repeatedly play the same scenes, the pixelation happens consistently. It is impossible for the issue to be content-related, as I tested the same content side by side on a computer, an iPad, and a 15-year-old LED TV, none of which showed any issues, while the image on this TV distorts. However, they are still insisting that the problem is content-related. I, on the other hand, am struggling to prove a problem that likely hasn’t been defined within their internal processes. I would like to express that I purchased this TV, which is the most expensive one relative to its size, trusting the Samsung brand. Now, I am being dragged through an ordeal just to get them to acknowledge the problem. I am hereby stating that I do not accept this television. If necessary, bring back the TV that was taken from me for being defective. Additionally, I am attaching a few images of the problematic screen for consumers who read this post. This issue occurs in every broadcast and every type of content without exception.
I received a response to my complaint. However, I couldn't believe the response. I'll leave the judgment to you. First, they rejected the problem, claiming it was content-related. Then, I played the same content on 3 different devices and shared it with them. The product engineer conducted tests on different Samsung brand OLED televisions. It turns out these distortions occur on all of them. The response I received was that it is not correct to compare with TVs or devices of different brands, and because it might be due to image optimization experienced in all models, they cannot offer an exchange/refund. Yes, you are reading it correctly; they admitted their products have a problem but explained that this problem exists in all models. I can't believe what I'm experiencing. I will take the matter to a legal platform.
