Samsung Wants ₺27000 for Panel Repair on My 65" QLED TV After Just 29 Months

For about 10 days, I have been experiencing a screen display issue with my Samsung QLED TV (model: QE50Q60AAUXTK). I purchased the television on March 20, 2022, based on the Samsung sales representative’s recommendation, the brand’s reputation, and the representative’s assurance of product quality. The warranty period has expired. I have always used the TV with a surge-protected socket, kept it in a dry environment, and it has never been exposed to impact or liquid contact, yet this malfunction occurred. I contacted the authorized service center, and the technician who visited my home confirmed that the screen was defective. When I asked why this issue happened, he said such problems occasionally occur with these models and quoted ₺17,400 for a screen replacement. I refused to pay, and he suggested I contact customer service. I then called Samsung customer service multiple times, after which the service team came again and collected the TV in its original box. The service report dated 01/10/2025 stated, “There is no malfunction caused by user error,” yet this time they demanded ₺21,440 for screen replacement. Later, I was offered a 40% discount, reducing the cost to ₺12,864 with a one-year warranty, as compensation. I also paid a ₺1,000 service fee during this process. My trust in the Samsung brand has been seriously damaged due to these inconsistent charges and practices. Since the problem is not caused by user error, I request that my device be repaired free of charge. I also have the service report and price quotation documents as evidence.
