Samsung QE65LS03DAUXTK TV Screen Separating and I Want My Issue Resolved

On 22.09.2024, I purchased a Samsung QE65LS03DAUXTK model TV from Media Markt. Shortly after, I noticed that the screen strip and LED panel were separating when viewed from above. I opened a service request for an inspection. In the service report, they acknowledged a gap on the screen, and observed another gap during the inspection, but claimed it didn't affect viewing from the front. In other words, they seem to believe that if they can't see the issue from the front, it isn't a problem. I have attached the photos of the screen for reference.
Interestingly, another customer had the same issue and, after going through similar processes, Samsung resolved their complaint positively. Initially, there was only one gap between the LED and the panel, but now there are two, and it seems to be getting worse. What will happen if the TV separates completely from the case after the warranty expires? I'll likely be charged for repairs. I want Samsung to address this issue and compensate for the inconvenience. I expected a brand of Samsung's size to stand behind its defective product. I don’t want to spend a significant amount of money on a TV that could potentially have the LED panel fall off in the future without any assurance.

Samsung reached out to me. They informed me that the factory intentionally left these gaps to prevent the LED screen from exploding due to overheating. I am not convinced; it wasn't logical, but I continue to observe. I haven't concluded yet.
