New Samsung A13 phone unable to open Twitter

I recently purchased a brand new Samsung A13 64 GB phone and was extremely disappointed to find that the Twitter application would not open. I made sure that the phone's operating system and all of its applications were up to date, but the problem persisted. I was extremely disappointed to experience this issue with a brand like Samsung. I expect high-quality products and customer service from a brand of this caliber, and this experience has not met my expectations. I am in urgent need of a solution to this problem, as I rely on Twitter for both personal and professional use. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the problem persists and I keep receiving an error message stating "there was a problem with the system, try again." I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this experience and hope that Samsung can provide a solution to this issue as soon as possible. It is unacceptable for a brand like Samsung to sell a product that is defective and not stand behind their product by providing proper customer service and support. I hope that they will take my complaint seriously and resolve this issue in a timely manner.
