I am absolutely furious with Samsung! I own a Samsung A34, and most phones, including other A34s, have already received the One UI 7 update. Yet, my phone is still stuck on the outdated 6.1 version! Why hasn't it arrived for my device yet? This phone is supposed to receive updates for four years, and I'm experiencing a massive disappointment.
I've tried everything – turning my phone off and on, restarting it, but it's still the same. Other Samsung A34 users have the update; why am I being left behind? This is unacceptable. I expect my device to receive the promised software support.
