I purchased a Samsung S21 FE 14 months ago, but it has been overheating during phone calls and social media use. I've sent it to service three times, but every time, they returned it stating there was no issue. I even reached out to customer service, but still no solution. I bought this phone with high expectations and trusted Samsung, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I need proper assistance to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
I bought a Samsung S21F phone, and it's only been 1.5 years, but the phone is overheating. It went to service under warranty 4 times, and they said they couldn't find a problem and sent it back.
